
Madrid is filled with JAMONERIAS (as pizzerias are to pizza, Jamonerias are to ham). These owners have taken things a step farther and established a "Museum." Those of you who have eaten the cured jamon serrano will agree that it deserves a museum.
In March 2005 I left a long career in corporate America to follow a life long dream to work full time as an artist. The pursuit of art has taken me on many journeys, both near and far, familiar and exotic. This site chronicles discoveries made along the way.
